Refund Conditions:
- Products were purchased directly from Washdolly.com. (We do not issue refunds for products purchased at our retail partners. In these cases, you must follow up with the store directly and follow their return policy guidelines)
- Products were purchased within the last 30 days.
- Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
- Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and order number
You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless the product delivered is defective. In such a case, please email us at Customerservice@washdolly.com and we will assume the costs and risks related to shipping.

- We are keeping Washdolly's Makeup Remover and Exfoliant Cloth as natural as possible with no stain barrier. Therefore, if you don't rinse it out right after you take off your makeup and depending on the makeup and detergent brands, it may stain.
